Faraji is the founder of CLEARPORT. An experienced commercial real estate executive with two decades of experience investing, developing, and transacting assets across multiple property types, Faraji served as Fraport Maryland’s Vice President of operations at BWI. He led a team of six in tripling EBITDA during his tenure, leading the program to a record  $180,000,000 in sales in 2024. Faraji was a key member of the MDOT AC-2023 RFP response team, winning a new 23 year term for the airport developer. During his tenure, BWI’s micro business accelerator, Launchpad, experienced its best year ever with two concepts going on to open additional stores.

Faraji holds a BA from Morehouse College and an MSRED from MIT. He is a Halcyon Fellow, New Majority Capital bETA alumnus, and Capital Impact Partners EDI Graduate.
